Why can’t I access V3 Alpha?
V3 Alpha is available only for paid subscribers.
If you are a Pro or Premium subscriber, but are not able to access V3 Alpha, it could be due to an unpaid bill. Ensure that all your invoices are settled to regain access to the V3 Alpha version.
To check if your last bill is unpaid and affecting access to Suno’s V3 Alpha version, follow these steps:
- Visit your account page on the Suno website.
- Select the “Subscriptions” option.
- Click on “Edit Billing Details”.
- Scroll down to view your billing history and check for any outstanding invoices.
